Due to new Saudi regulations, it is no longer possible to obtain an Umrah visa without a complete travel package. Individual bookings for visas, hotels, or transportation are no longer permitted. To apply for a visa, proof of a complete package consisting of hotel, transportation, and other services must be provided.
